Refunds & Returns Policy

Refunds

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. All products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Only exceptions being defective or damaged or missing goods.

Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at subtlewear.in@gmail.com or Whatsapp number (+91 89044 67234) for processing refunds/returns.

Compulsorily a video proof is needed – This video should be an Uncut, Unedited video that starts from before the package is opened till the defect is shown, Any video not adhering to the guidelines will not be considered as a video proof and your return/refund will not be processed.

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

After this, you will have to schedule a courier from your end or we will schedule a return from our end, the decision will be taken by us.

In either case, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. This will be deducted from your refund amount.

We are not liable for any losses that occur during return shipping. It’s 100% Customer’s responsibility.

Please note: We cannot refund any amount until the item is received back by us.

Only up to a maximum of 70% amount will be refunded to the client, in case of any issues found, GST & Shipping costs will not be refundable.

Size exchanges are not entertained.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days after receiving your returned products to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or missing products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

Returns/Refunds only in case of damaged/missing goods
Customers must provide video proof of opening the products

 SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be dispatched usually in 24 hours or it may take up to 48 hours usually , it can take longer in case of a stock issue, but you will be notified of the same.

You will receive information regarding the same to your choice of contact, either phone or email address.

Once your order is Shipped, it will take an estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 Working days, depending on your location and courier partner.

We reserve the right to cancel any Cash on Delivery Orders.
